1998

In 1998, the founder of the company, Guizhang Lu, an engineer of the original state-owned machine tool factory, saw the company's benefits was declining, with the analysis the market, he resigned and set up a machinery outsourcing processing factory, with four sets of production machine tools and two workers of the workshop.

1999

In 1999, the number of production machine tools increased to ten, and the number of workers in the workshop increased to seven. Technology Department was added, it began to shift from outsourcing processing to research and development of their own products, namely steel ball cold forming machine.

2004

In 2004, the machinery factory moved to a new site and renamed Shunda steel ball equipment co.,ltd. Factory area has been expanded to 16000 square meters, and CNC machine tools, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and so on have been introduced. The number of employees increased to 30.

2006

In 2006, Shunda steel ball equipment co.,ltd has been regarded as the training base for the production, study and research of Jinan University. Since then, the company has done more in-depth research and development in technology.

2007

In 2007, we undertook the project of "eleven five" Science and Technology Development Program of China Bearing Industry Association: Development of steel ball cold forming machine.

2010

In 2010, the Company has increased its production capacity, expanded its factory by 16,000 square metres, and recruited new technical talents, the number of employees has reached 70.

2012

In 2012, Shunda steel ball equipment co.,ltd was selected as the director of the unit by Jinan Mold Equipment Association, and Guizhang Lu was appointed as the president of the association.
In the same year, a company's customers transformed into the production of standard parts screw, valued our company's more than 10 years of cold upsetting manufacturing experience and the accumulation of cold upsetting technology, customized 5 sets of screw machines, the response is quite good. Be recommend to other clients, obtained the unanimous praise, the new product has not been put into mass production, only to provide a few old customers. Company make a decision on the market research of screw cold heading machine, then set up a project to develop screw cold heading machines.

2013

In 2013, a special research and development team was set up to develop screw cold heading machines.

Precision equipment such as boring and milling processing center was introduced. It not only improved the machining precision, but also greatly improved the production efficiency.

2014

In 2014, at the China Bearing Industry Association Technical Committee, China Mechanical Engineering Society Rolling Pearing Professional Committee, the company published the paper "Research on Cold Upsetting Variable Speed Forming Technology in Steel Bearings Ball Based on DEFORM, which won the first prize.
Screw tipping machine achieved the mass production, established the Jinan Yuanxu, mainly engaged in screw tipping machine.

2015

In 2015, Shunda steel ball equipment co.,ltd and Jinan University jointly developed the steel ball quality testing and sorting control system. In the same year, the "Key Technology in the Development of Complete Equipment for Series Steel Ball Cold Upsetting Machine" was applied to the product and successfully completed the technical transformation.

2016

In 2016, after three years of research, a high-speed steel ball cold forming machine was introduced. The product runs up to now, and has good stability.
A special research and development team was set up to develop screw high-speed cold heading machine.

2019

In 2019, the first high-speed screw cold heading machine and combined weighing screw automatic box-opening packing machine were introduced. In June, in Shanghai Fastener Exhibition, won the favor of customers in domestic and overseas.
